Pre-production
Our pre-production team will work with you online to develop a “run of show”, prepare video assets, and integrate any graphical overlays or lower thirds integration into the stream.
2. Site Visit
An Ivy event coordinator will do a COVID safe visit to meet with the team, scope out the location, and gather as much logistical information needed to ensure as smooth and successful shoot.
3. The Stream
A production team will be onsite as well as online to monitor and manage the shoot. Production packages can include an event coordinator, videographers (for multiple angles), audio engineer, video mixer and livestream engineer. Anything you could think of to turn your livestream into a full production show, we’ve got it covered so you can sit back and enjoy the show!
